Absolutely UnreliableI called to rent a house and they told me I can't, unless I have a viewing. Despite me explaining my situation that I will have to travel for 5hours, I was rudely told that I have to make arrangements and have the viewing, if I want to rent it. Since I am in a hurry, I said alright and arranged the booking and my schedule in order to travel. However, they called me at 4 in the afternoon that they let the house to someone else with no excuses or politeness and informed me that I can go view other houses!! As if I will have any kind of arrangement with them again!! I was deceived to believe that the flat was available and in a matter of hours it was let whilst I was told to "make arrangements" and have the viewing! Absolutely and utterly unreliable! Such a loss of time and money.
My self and my wife have just moved back home after living abroad for 24 yrs and found every member of staff a pleasure to deal with from the moment we contacted the office to signing of the paperwork they have done everything to make an already stressful task so much easier.
