Absolutely rubbish after sales.Hardly answer the phone and when they do Service is always busy and fail every time to return calls.
Really good customer service. Ordered parts over the phone, they arrived as promised and was sent a text message to advise too. Sinclair VW (Cardiff, Newport and Neyland) have been consistently good, and other franchises good learn a lesson on customer service from them. Keep it up Sinclair..!
