I have been to these woods but today,I was picking up lots of rubbish.
We stayed here with 1 of our 2 sons and dog...We did end up wishing we had picked woodland camping... but that is an excuse to come back...!!!If people require weather proof washing up facilities and need for showers then maybe camping is not really your thing.The 1 shower I did have over an undisclosed number of days...! was the best camping shower I have had... so if you need to wait it's worth it.I hope it doesn't undergo too much upgrading as the more primitive the better..Than you for the refund, although not necessary as I got our days wrong...Hoping to be back with 2 sons... ! ( he was sad he missed out..)
Great campsite, loved the whole experience. The bell tents were brilliant, we got caught in a really awful thunderstorm and a rainy day but the bell tent survived the whole thing easy and it was great to watch snug inside with our two young girls. We got lucky with the hot tub as it was warm from previous use and didnt take too long to heat back up again which again was great fun for the kids! The camp site is close to lots of places to have a great weekend away, and living off grid in the forest for a few days was magic for adult and child alike.
Great campsite, beautiful bell-tents set in stunning countryside. Expect a warm Welsh welcome, would definitely go back. Thank you so much
