Had an issue with my Carerra Subway. Having had it "serviced" at a national retailer I shan't mention, the issue persisted so I tried this shop as it was local. Fault was pretty much diagnosed over the phone, bike was taken in and work completed swiftly....all in Christmas week. Additionally, I was rung and told the work was done; the problem and work was explained to me...all on Christmas Eve when most people would be running out of the door! I was then able to pick the bike up the day after Boxing Day and it rode as smooth as silk. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Enterprise. I'm sure I shall return!
